Orders, Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Are your prices inclusive of VAT and shipping?

Yes, all our prices are listed in euros and include VAT and other applicable charges, unless stated otherwise. Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is also included.

Payment is made using the available payment methods. Linea TEGNO remains the owner of the goods until full payment has been received.

What payment methods do you offer?

At Linea TEGNO, you can pay safely and easily using a range of options. We support fast payment methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as major credit cards. In addition, you can also choose iDEAL or PayPal, ensuring there is always a payment method that suits you.

Free Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is FREE to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. These are the countries we currently ship to. All orders are dispatched on the same day they are placed. In most cases, deliveries arrive within 1–2 days, depending on the delivery location.

To keep you informed, you will always receive a tracking email so you can follow your order. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer. Linea TEGNO will adhere to the agreed delivery time. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon receipt of the order.

What is your return policy?

At Linea TEGNO, we believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you may make use of our return policy as described below.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including standard outbound shipping costs, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.


Conditions for a full refund
To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product is unused or only tested as would be possible in a physical store
  • The product is complete, including all accessories
  • The product is returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible
  • The product is not damaged

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used hygiene-sensitive products, such as juicers or blenders in which food has been processed.


Products that cannot be returned
The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that show clear signs of use
  • Products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons after use
  • Products damaged due to improper or careless use


Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

If the defect or error is on our part, we will of course reimburse the return shipping costs.


Defective or incorrectly delivered products
If your product is defective upon receipt or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lineategno.com, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos, if applicable

We will arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

After registering your return, you will receive further instructions for returning the product.


Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original order. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation deduction.

How is the quality of your products?

Quality is at the core of everything we make. Each product undergoes a high-standard quality control process and is thoroughly tested for durability, safety and performance before leaving our warehouse.

Our products are CE and RoHS certified and comply with the key EU standards: EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-14, EN 55014-1, EN 55014-2 and EN IEC 63000.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes! Every product comes with a standard 2-year warranty, so you can enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind. If something does go wrong, or if your product arrives damaged or defective, you can return it free of charge. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or a full refund.

What is your approach to sustainability?

We design robust, high-quality products built to last, reducing the need for frequent replacement. In addition, we work with efficient production lines and compact packaging to minimise waste. Returns and defective products are refurbished wherever possible instead of being discarded.

Furthermore, Linea TEGNO fulfils its producer responsibility for waste management and recycling through registration with Stichting OPEN in the Netherlands, Stiftung EAR for Germany and WEEE/AEEA registration in the other European countries where we sell our products.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time and clearly described in full by email to info@lineategno.com. Linea TEGNO will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
