Hi! We are Linea TEGNO
Linea TEGNO is a Dutch company founded in 2025 by two experienced entrepreneurs, Ruben and Willem. They observed that the market for household appliances is largely divided between very cheap, low-quality products on one end, and reasonably good products that are significantly overpriced on the other. This is further compounded by an overload of dropshippers, short-term opportunists and low-budget Chinese suppliers — who may sometimes deliver an acceptable product, but often lack the level of service, reliability and customer focus that such products truly require.
This led to the initiative to offer high-performance household appliances, sold through online channels directly from factory to consumer, without intermediaries, and supported by the required level of service. Not fast, short-term trading, but professional products: durable and designed to excel.
In our product development, we place particular emphasis on the core function for which each appliance is intended — it must perform exceptionally well in its most critical functions. We make no compromises in this regard. We are not a budget brand; we aim for the top of the market.
We operate without middlemen, expensive retail locations or unnecessary marketing structures. By producing directly and selling online, we significantly reduce costs — savings that we pass on entirely to our customers. You pay for the quality of the product, not for unnecessary intermediaries.
Quality is central to everything we create. Every product undergoes a high-level quality control process and is thoroughly tested for durability, safety and performance before leaving our warehouse. Our products are CE and RoHS certified and comply with the most important EU standards: EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-14, EN 55014-1, EN 55014-2 and EN IEC 63000.
By focusing on high-quality products built to last, we also contribute to sustainability — both in the countries where we manufacture and in the markets where we sell. We work with efficient production lines and compact packaging to minimise waste. Returned and defective products are refurbished wherever possible instead of being discarded. In addition, Linea TEGNO fulfils its producer responsibility for waste management and recycling through registration with Stichting OPEN in the Netherlands and WEEE/AEEA registration in the other European countries where we sell our products.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes! Every product comes with a standard 2-year warranty, so you can enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind. If something does go wrong, or if your product arrives damaged or defective, you can return it free of charge. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or a full refund.
Is shipping free, and when will I receive my order?
YES! Shipping is FREE to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. These are the countries we currently ship to. All orders are dispatched on the same day they are placed. In most cases, deliveries arrive within 1–2 days, depending on the delivery location.
